Claim Solutions was started in 2005 with the idea that most healthcare organizations had a need to reduce the number of claims and amount of money tied up in aged worker's compensation, commercial insurance, and motor vehicle accounts. Collection agencies were charging up to 28% for this service and even refusing to accept work comp claims in certain situations. Claim Solutions started developing a claim resolution process in late 2005 and early 2006. This process was designed to provide healthcare organizations with a solution to the industry wide problem of aging accounts receivables. By concentrating our efforts in three specific areas, it allowed us to streamline our processes, develop relationships with payers and repricers, and lower costs to providers.
