We are a Midlands-based claims management company specialising in financial products, chiefly Payment Protection Insurance (PPI) and Consumer Credit Act (CCA) regulated loans. We work closely with our panel of solicitors experienced in the field of financial claims to ensure our clients achieve a positive outcome as swiftly as possible. The directors have a great deal of knowledge and experience of the UK’s finance/credit and insurance markets after running, for fifteen years, a large scale mortgage distribution company processing over £1 billion of mortgage business annually. This gives us a unique insight into how lenders and insurers control their underwriting, credit and risk, etc. It also means that we have a great deal of experience in creating systems that can efficiently control the processing of large amounts of client data, and collate it for onward transmission to a third party i.e. the firms of solicitors we choose to run claims.
