The C-Land project aims to develop a guide for assessing and enhancing carbon sequestration in the Ria Formosa wetland, Portugal. In collaboration with land management authorities, using satellite imagery and modeling, it explores scenarios like sea-level rise, human interventions, and wetland restoration to support strategic planning. C-Land provides tools for identifying conservation priorities and promoting carbon sustainability in ecosystems.
