Clare York Group is a privately held American situational capital (and restructuring advisory firm), founded in 1999 by Gregg Yorkison. Over the decades CYG has successfully handled more than $300 million in deals, investments, and turnarounds in over 15 industries. Situational capital is a structure that allows CYG to invest in one or more places in the capital stack. For example, investments could be in both debt and equity.
