Let me introduce ClarityText, a platform for B2B communities. Our mission is to provide the software infrastructure to connect businesses, their products, and the true professional identities of individuals. Businesses will run a community with modern chat and knowledgebase capabilities. Individuals will be part of group chats where they feel like their professional identity can belong. Our first major feature is spaces, a channel based messaging experience similar to Slack and Discord. Each member would fill out a professional profile. Pain point: For many B2B products, it takes a long time and many interactions for a prospective customer to trust them. So, it's so important that once a prospective customer does discover your product, there's a place for them to ask questions, get to know the type of people who build your product, and generally "feel the vibes".
