Claron Consulting offers planning, design, environmental, construction and project management services for a comprehensive ‘one stop shop’ property development experience. Claron is a small, client-focussed consultancy practice with over 25 years’ experience in the property development and construction sector. Although based in Sydney, we regularly service clients throughout Australia. Our client base is a wide representation of the property development industry, from ‘Mum and Dad’ investors through to major corporate players. We are a ‘results based’, very flexible firm, with a high percentage of repeat business. Claron offers a diverse range of planning, construction and property services to ensure that all of our property development projects are considered on a coordinated basis, without unnecessary fragmentation of the process. We are a team of innovative personnel who think ‘outside the square’ with focus to deliver the best economical solutions for our customers. Claron is owned and managed by the Principal Consultant Brent M Winning and urban and environmental planner Louise Popowitz.
