Clarus Consulting was created as a Limited Liability Company in Virginia in April 1999. Clarus has private clients in financial services, education finance, information technology, and outsourcing; public clients include federal and state government agencies including the U.S. Department of Education, Department of Housing and Urban Development, and eight individual state agencies. The consulting practice includes strategic planning, information technology, financial services, quality assurance and control, technology security, and operational process development. The firms expertise is the ability to assist clients in bringing the multiple components of their organizations into alignment to achieve critical and immediate objectives thus achieving financial results.
