To raise the physical, mental and emotional well-being of children, young people AND their educators - through yoga and mindfulness resources, expert training and on-going support.
To offer them a toolkit for life - so that they may grow up/ live always able to bring themselves to a place of peace and calm, and best able to reach their potential.

= in-house skills to raise pupil wellbeing and therefore academic performance
Raise the well-being of the educators themselves
= happier, calmer, more motivated and teaching staff, teaching at their potential
provide pupils, from all backgrounds, with the tools to:

✓ boost self-esteem and confidence
