My story in management and entrepreneurship begins over 20 years ago I have been passionate about leadership for as long as I can remember. There were 2 years in my life, which I cherish very much, when I spent 60 minutes a day reading everything I could get my hands on, at the time, the 2000s, about leadership. Somehow, don't ask me how, I ended up at 21 years old as sales manager for Romania at the only importer of DAF trucks in Romania, EVW Holding. It was clear that I had a lot to learn, and somehow I still think I benefited from a more complicated context in the company. Anyway, that year we managed to sell 5 trucks more than the previous year. I was probably too young and crazy to understand how complicated it all was, but in about 6 months I had everything up and running and the customers, surprise, were quite happy. I remember there were about 52 pending contracts and I don't remember a single client being dropped. Although, imagine, we delayed the delivery by almost 6 months! Our vision for Systemic Management is to create, to accompany, small businesses in Romania in their systematization process. We believe that entrepreneurs and managers in Romania are in great need of systematization in order to lead a peaceful life, and their employees to perform continuously. More than 90% of small and medium-sized businesses have intuitive management. They use uneducated people because they don't know that there are systems to do the same things 4 times faster. They are fighting for the same coin, although each industry has an area where profitability can be 3 times higher than the industry as a whole. They build companies dependent on the entrepreneur, even though they could increase the value of the company 10 times, with the idea that one day they would like to leave it as a legacy or sell it. The solution is obvious - Build teams that: manage themselves, align themselves to achieve the planned objectives, measure what matters.
