About Clay Arbitration

Clay Arbitration is an independent boutique law firm dedicated to the activities of arbitrator, legal advice and consultancy in domestic, international and investment arbitration. Created in 2019, the Clay Arbitration law firm is an extension of the arbitration activity carried out for almost 20 years by Professor Thomas Clay. Under his leadership, Clay Arbitration brings together a team of high-level lawyers and academics who are able to handle cases in five languages (French, English, Spanish, Italian and Persian), and who have already acted as lawyer or as arbitrator in several arbitral proceedings under the auspices of the most major arbitration centers in the world, or in court proceedings relating to arbitration. Clay Arbitration's specificity is to combine its daily practice with academic reflection, through lectures, conferences, symposiums and regular publications of books and articles that place the theoretical and strategic approach at the heart of our law firm. Professor Clay has also published a dozen books, almost 180 articles, and delivered more than 150 lectures, many of them abroad. He is a member of many organizations and associations related to arbitration around the world.
