If this is not achieved, there will be a 25% reduction in Managed services fees for your next month. - Response times less than 1 hour per month. If there are more than 3 responses later than 1 hour per month, you will receive a 25% reduction off your next managed services bill. - No long-term contracts or technical hooks that will prevent you from moving to an alternative provider.
