Hello! I'm Zoë, a Gallup-certified strengths coach and I LOVE helping people to SUPERCHARGE their natural talents and DISCOVER their strengths! Here's a brief overview of my journey into strengths-based coaching... It’s safe to say that my career has been rather squiggly – after graduating with a business degree, I started working life as a medical sales representative then 10 years in advertising. I transitioned into online retail and started working at the brilliant THE VERY GROUP 12 years ago and have worked across the marketing, strategy, and customer experience spaces. I finally found my ‘career home’ when I moved to the people team into talent development - then began to discover the ‘joy’ of coaching. My Clifton Strengths experience has been transformational. I now truly understand my unique talent DNA, the value it brings and my best opportunities for personal growth. And I'm now able to leverage my strengths everyday.
