At CLCN, we position ourselves as a talent incubator, focusing on enhancing the employability of international students and skilled migrants in Australia. Our comprehensive programs emphasize capability building through hands-on experience with real-life projects, contributing positively to local communities. This approach not only aids in personal and professional development but also fosters a deeper connection with the Australian society, ensuring that our members are well-equipped to meet the demands of the global employment market while making meaningful community improvements. Founded in 2018, CLCN quickly grew from a passionate team of three to an impressive volunteer force of 62 in less than two years. Operating on a foundation of volunteerism, including its founders and co-founders, CLCN has hosted over 150 events by 2024, drawing hundreds of thousands of participants. This remarkable growth underscores CLCN’s commitment to fostering community improvement and enhancing employability among international students and skilled migrants through real-life project experiences.
