When this company was set up by Micheal and Conor we saw the need for convenience for meal prep. As active gym goers we found it impossible to get eat anywhere healthy. It was always a struggle trying to stay away from burritos and other "HEALTHY" options. By the way a burrito bowl with over a 1000cals aint healthy lol. "Hey if it will work in America im sure it will work here."
Our meal plans are designed specifically to do exactly what it says on the tin. Weighed, calculated, researched and cooked by professional chefs and nutritionists
We are on a mission to EDUCATE people about the right nutrition and to change peoples LIFESTYLES. Its not going to be easy to help people transition to the right lifestyle and to change bad eating habits, but nothing worthwhile ever is.
