Clean Force Property Services

Clean Force is a WISE social enterprise, providing quality commercial cleaning services for offices, apartment complexes, entertainment venues, factories and vacated residences. We have a diverse customer base including large not-for-profits, corporates, government, and medium-sized businesses. Clean Force has a blended workforce with approximately 50% employees diagnosed with disability. Of these employees, 50% have persistent and/or severe mental illness, of which 55% have psychosis-based conditions e.g. schizophrenia. Clean Force also encourages staff who identify among the following groups: -new arrivals (including recently settled refugees) -people receiving welfare benefits -those living in social housing -other part-time cleaning professionals Additionally, 19% of the workforce is from culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) backgrounds. Clean Force offers varied pathways into employment: -supported employment program for people on Disability Support Pension with major vocational barriers, accessible also via NDIS funding -open employment stream for disadvantaged people wanting to enter into the general work force Clean Force LinkedIn online community guidelines: The Clean Force LinkedIn page is moderated Mon-Fri 9am - 5pm. Posts and comments are answered as promptly as possible; those made outside business hours are answered or responded to on the next business day. Our LinkedIn page is an online community platform to present matters of interest about Clean Force to internal and external stakeholders. Complaints are taken seriously and escalated offline to relevant managers for follow-up. LinkedIn is not a platform for personal attack.
