Clean Infra Partners (“Clean Infra”) is a climate finance advisory firm that provides transaction advisory services for the fast-growing renewable energy, energy transmission, waste and water infrastructure markets, and works with financial institutions to develop innovative climate investment schemes. The Clean Infra principals worked together as co-heads of the solar team at the Clinton Climate Initiative (“CCI”), an initiative of the William J. Clinton Foundation that advises governments on the design and implementation of climate-related pilot projects in developing countries. They bring to Clean Infra’s clients their combined 45 years of experience in private equity investment, project finance advisory, project M&A and consulting.
