CSS is on a mission to become a leading player in the valorization and upgrading of petroleum waste in developing countries. Our offer is unique is based on a modular plug and treat concept and technologies, practices and know how tested in Europe and in United States for more than 20 years. The technical feasibility and the business model are at the stage of setting-up after 5 years of research and development. We are first targeting developing countries with high growing potential (in particular in Western and central Africa, in South America and in South-East Asia) with a meshing of modular petroleum waste treatment units to upgrade oil residues into energy and therefore participate in the conservation of the ecosystem. Our concept : construction and operation of modular and mobile units based on an innovative and successful system including treatment of oil waste, water treatment and sediments upgrading. This is the ZERO WASTE solution The concept is an answers to the prescriptions of international regulations concerning marine pollutions (MARPOL convention), hazardous waste transportation (Basel convention) and Kyoto convention concerning carbon credits MODULAR OILY WASTE TREATMENT UNIT • Our concept is based on modular modules designed for recycling petroleum residues. • A design aimed at fulfilling the following criteria: - Easy assembly in isolated areas without heavy technical support. - Quick assembly and disassembly without dedicated specialists. - Transportation and handling by common means. - Full construction and real production tests in factory,before shipping • Modular design allows production in one shift of 4 tons/hour of petroleum residues. Further units can be added to increase production. It is also possible to increase working time in two or three shifts. • The unit can be installed anywhere , needing an area of only 2 000 m2.
