לתופעת הניצול של חברות הקבלן בענף הניקיון, ולמען קידום של עובדות הניקיון מהחברה הערבית מבחינה תעסוקתית.
הקואופרטיב מציע שירותי ניקיון איכותיים וללא פשרות, תוך העסקת עובדות בצורה הוגנת, מיטיבה ומקדמת.
העובדות בקואופרטיב לא רק מועסקות בו, אלא גם זוכות להכשרות ולליווי תעסוקתי, במטרה לסייע להן לרכוש כלים ומיומנויות שיעזרו להן בהמשך הדרך.
הסניף הראשון של הקואופרטיב פועל מזה כארבע שנים, מעסיק כ-60 עובדות ונותן שירותים באזורים יוקנעם, קיסריה, חדרה, צפון השרון ועמק חפר.
הסניף השני שלנו, סניף ירושלים, נותן מענה גם לאוכלוסייה המזרח-ירושלמית ולעסקים הירושלמיים.
