CleanKore

Developed by industry innovators, CleanKore's patented technology is an exciting and novel approach to dyeing yarns at the denim mill. This technique goes against the grain when compared to conventional dyeing. The result is a large and circular bright white core with a small ring of indigo dye. This technology is proven to significantly reduce costs throughout the supply chain while improving sustainability, including the elimination of Potassium Permanganate Spray. The many benefits of CleanKore technology include: 1. Significant savings of water, chemicals, energy and time at both the denim mill and garment manufacturer = major cost reduction 2. Give a beautiful bright white laser effect = NO PP Spray or laser booster 3. Achieves a much faster garment wash down with excellent fastness to produce the marker driven look 4. Technology applies to rope or slasher ranges, ring spun or open end and pure indigo, sulphur top/bottom and sulphur black 5. Wide range of wash down on the same denim - from dark rise to heavy abrasion with bleach 6. CleanKore uses the existing dye range.
