ADDITONAL CODES OF PRACTICE DM Technical Guideline • Rope Access service provider must be audited e.g. IRATA. • Rope Access service provider must follow ICOP (IRATA Guideline). • The worker must have IRATA level 1, 2, 3 certificates. • Minimum one Level 3 site supervisor must be on site. • The Level 3 supervisor must have OHS certificate. • The Level 3 supervisor must have first-aid certificate. • All the equipment must have third party inspection. • All technicians must secure a DHA medical fitness certificate indicating the personnel is not suffering from height phobia (acrophobia). • Cleanse Middle East has 10 Millions
