Clear Impact Data

We are Clear Impact Data; we provide developers with an easier approval process for large-scale real estate development projects. These projects are often delayed or rejected due to community and government concerns about traffic impacts, costing developers tens of millions of dollars. The current problem is that traffic studies fail to measure specific concerns that regulators and the community have. Our solution is a wireless network of sensors that sends advanced data to the cloud necessary for project approval. This data provides deeper insight into where the vehicles are coming from and what type they are. We’ve been invited to meet with both members of the Santa Barbara planning commission and local developers. We've validated that our technology can pass these projects. We are a new approach to traffic data to get clarity on commercial real estate projects.
