We have worked for fortune 500 companies and through those experiences have distinguished a need for a talent acquisition entity to identified key values within millennial professionals correlating to top performance and influence. About Us: The social interpersonal disconnect between generations is perpetuating a heavy burden on cost within businesses due to retention issues. Also, the inability for senior leaders to properly engage loyalty among their millennial counterparts has repercussions from a performance and culture perspective. These issues will continue to get worse as organizations move into the future unless they take a different approach. We are that different approach. Our goal is to leave a legacy for not only the businesses we are working with, but the people we are recruiting, training, consulting, and engaging.
