Clear Light Leadership was founded by Melanie Kidd to help: • Professionals increase their satisfaction with career, leadership and life • Organizations optimize their talent and organizational strategy Melanie brings a combined two decades of experience in strategy development, coaching, training, and talent-centered impact. She has deep expertise in assessing organizational, departmental, and individual needs and guiding leaders at all levels. For over a decade, Melanie has served as an advisor to senior leaders, CEOs, and board members as the Managing Director of Sandler Search, leading hundreds of executive searches for mission driven organizations. Prior to Sandler Search, Melanie was a Manager at Archstone Consulting in the Strategy & Operations practice and also worked for four years in education in the U.S. and Latin America. Melanie has been educated through the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC), a globally recognized coach training program.
