Clear Planning was founded in 2017 as it saw a space in the market for a company that delivers complete, conscientious financial advice. At the forefront of our values is the want to provide a personable approach with a focus around the customer’s needs. Second to this is the need to combine modern technology with the customer’s needs. The modern age has encouraged society to become highly driven by digital marketing and its easy for companies to forget that the customer is central. Therefore, by making the customer central to any product and combining digital marketing effectively, we can ensure that the customer will feel confident in their decisions and fully understand any agreement they may enter into without getting lost in the digital minefield of information. Every customer has a different personality and a different need which is why we take time to get to know each and every customer. The ethos of it’s a numbers game simply does not fit with our values.
