Clear Water Harbor Waterfront Restaurant & Bar is the perfect place for summertime fun. Located in Waupaca, WI, we offer a scenic and vibrant environment where people of all ages can grab a bite to eat, enjoy live music, or simply take in the beauty of the Chain O’ Lakes. Pat and Mimi Meighan started Clear Water Harbor in 1975, but this location’s history dates back to the 1860s. It was a summer hot spot even back then, but it was known simply as the dock on the lake. In 1975, Pat and Mimi brought a double-decker paddlewheel boat, called the Chief Waupaca Sternwheeler, to the Chain O’Lakes as a way to show off the area’s beauty. And the rest is history. We now offer a full menu to please any palate, refreshing ice-cold beer, live music five nights a week, daily boat cruises, special event cruises, and so much more.
