Previously known as Clearpoint Counsel, Clearpoint Enterprises formed Australia's first certified B-Corporation law firm in 2012. Focused on assisting businesses to establish their first in-house legal function and supporting existing legal departments to be more effective in the way they provide services to the rest of the business, Clearpoint Enterprises also started providing services the small businesses and startups that surrounded it at Hub Southern Cross. Clearpoint Enterprises has transitioned the provision legal services to its joint venture companies Clearpoint Legal and mode.law. Clearpoint Legal will provided legal consultancy services to businesses establishing their first legal function and to the existing legal departments of larger businesses. Whilst mode.law is establishing a platform which will allow smaller businesses and start-ups to take control of all their transactional legal needs We are an energetic legal services team that makes a difference to our clients. We work with a range of industries and provide legal services, on a retainer model, for fast growing to well established companies. We are based out of the co-working space, Hub Parliament.
