Founded in 2003, Clearwater has grown from a small, local construction firm to a well-known and respected Design-Build General Contractor working in multiple regions throughout the country. Headquartered in the Mid-Atlantic, our geographic reach extends across our own backyard of Pennsylvania, Ohio, Maryland and West Virginia to southern states such as Virginia and Georgia. And our western division, Clearwater Western, expands our footprint by constructing throughout Idaho and Montana. We provide heavy/highway civil and bridge construction and rehabilitation as well as geotechnical construction and support of excavation, pipeline + energy construction, paving, and dam + marine construction. Our leadership consists of individuals with diverse backgrounds such as ENR Top 100 General Construction firms and Fortune Global 500 Financial Institutions. With a combined 150+ years of experience, our team members have delivered over $4 billion in projects that are within budget, adhere to our clients’ distinct specifications, and respect the environment in which they are constructed.
