Cleaves Securities is an investment bank authorised by the Financial Services Authority of Norway (FSAN). We initiate, structure, capitalize and manage shipping, offshore, financial services, technology and real estate projects. In addition, Cleaves is specialized in providing corporate finance and advisory services. Cleaves Management AS is responsible for corporate management & investor relation services. Cleaves Shipbroking was established in 1976 as a traditional Sale & Purchase shipbroking house in London. Substantial experience and network in shipbroking and project finance within the shipping and offshore sectors. Cleaves Research was established in 2018 and our Head of Research has since then been ranked as one of the top shipping analysts in the world.
