Clemen Consulting provides 16+ years of experience in formulation development and offer consultancies service for product development. To develop a successful product it’s essential to understand the costumer’s needs and demands and the chemical and physical behavior of the active ingredients or inerts. I provide guidance to get to the right product the first time or trouble shooting of existing products. Clemen Consulting can also provide help with project management if needed a project manager per contract basis. I have more than 6 years’ experience as a project manager in complex development projects from Idea to first introduction of the product. Clemen Consulting can also offer consultancy regarding LEAN tools, where I have several years of experience in using LEAN tools in a development environment. I have experience in using LEAN tools in both departments and projects.
