Clemson STRIDE is sponsored by a National Science Foundation (NSF) grant for Accelerating Research Translation (ART) at Clemson. Clemson was one of eighteen universities receiving this inaugural award to expand their research translation capacity by investing in activities essential to move research results to practice. Aligned with Clemson Elevate and NSF ART goals, Clemson STRIDE will:
Expand capacity and infrastructure for research translation at Clemson;
Provide training programs for faculty, post-docs, graduate and undergraduate students;
Strengthen the campus culture and environment to encourage, support, and celebrate research translation.
