Cleopatra Cement is a leading force in the white cement industry, meeting the diverse manufacturing needs of customers across various sectors. Established in 2018 as a spin-off from Helwan Cement Co., Cleopatra Cement now operates the 30-year-old white cement plant located in the El-Minya governorate. Strategically positioned in Samalout, El-Minya, the plant plays a pivotal role in producing premium-quality white cement and distributing it through an extensive national network. Our products serve a wide range of construction sectors, including residential, commercial, industrial, and public infrastructure. In January 2019, Cleopatra Cement became part of Emar Industries, a dynamic group backed by international companies involved in cement production, building materials trading, logistics, port operations, and a variety of other industries.
