Access to data for AI is difficult! Regulatory measures are particularly restrictive, with several compliance guidelines. To avoid compliance measures, anonymization is generally used. However, data are usually pseudonymized instead of anonymized and this can lead to fines (up to 20 million euros or 4% of worldwide sales). To ensure privacy, regulatory authorities require a re-identification risk assessment to be performed. Clever Identity offers a SaaS tool for automating the risk of re-identification on anonymised data, based on EBIOS and the EDPB criteria: singling out, linkability and inference.
