Noel has worked at all levels of organisations and is able to interact and influence from the Operational to the Boardroom and all levels in between. His expertise in the negotiation of industrial agreements and mediation of industrial disputes is significant. Noel is an accomplished coach and mentor to both line management and Human Resource practitioners.
