The Center for Local Innovation and Capacity Development (CLICDPH, Inc.) is a public policy research, training, and advocacy consulting firm. As governance and policymaking face an ever increasingly complex and changing socio-political and economic landscape, we make insights from technical and scientific research accessible and ready for use by policy makers, advocates, decision makers, and local communities across a broad range of policy and advocacy outputs. With our consultants having served in both the public and private sectors in various capacities, we believe we possess the unique vantage point that can effectively translate and communicate research outcomes into policy outputs or instruments. We see this as the critical first step in stimulating innovation and in enabling organizational as well as community capacities.
