We want innovation to be ubiquitous across healthcare organisations involved in children's health. We need to encourage staff to think innovatively and to collaborate widely and cross-disciplinary to solve challenges and problems. To do this we must provide them with access to facilitation, training, guidance, advice and support. These skills are necessary to advance ideas and evolve them into solutions that can improve the culture and mindset of the way we work to have maximum impact on the patient experience and ultimately patient care.
