CDS Group is the provider of ‘TheCore’, an advanced mortgage sourcing engine which can be used by advisers in either an online or offline environment. TheCore sets a new standard in the accuracy of its results tables, the more data that is entered about a client's circumstances and preferences the more accurate the results table. We at CDS do not believe that an adviser should use a sourcing system, generate a results table and then have to read the notes to see if their client is eligible for the displayed product. A results table should be a results table and not a best buy table. CDS Group is managed by a team of highly experienced professionals including: Peter Heigho (CDS Group CTO), who with colleagues built and designed the Trigold mortgage sourcing system and ‘The Key’ CRM system now owned by Mortgage Brain. Gordon Steyn is also a founding member of the company (CDS Group COO) and has held a number of senior posts in the mortgage industry, including director of Edge V2 and mortgage director at Thinc.
