1. Third Party Inspection
Our qualified Inspectors will examine all aspects of fabric maintenance, from surface preparation to completion, ensuring that work meets both specifications and required standards. By providing 3rd party internal/external audits and quality assurance we enable self-certifying companies to confirm that conditions conform to the required standard.
2. Coating Condition Surveys
To determine the condition of paint and coatings, measure adhesion strength and overall thickness, we perform destructive and non-destructive tests, the latter including holiday testing, salt tests and surface profile readings. Our findings are delivered via our specialised report system.
3. Corrosion Surveys
Our qualified Inspectors will provide an in-depth corrosion survey, measuring each component, whether structural or pipework, and determining its condition using the Ri scale. The data we collect is then added to our unique Excel-based system and used to form the basis of a detailed report on the volume of corrosion on site.
4. FP Surveys
PFP (Passive Fire Prevention) is a vital part of keeping any working environment safe. We provide detailed PFP surveys to either verify existing surveys or establish that an area meets the required standard.
5. Failure Analysis
Our experienced Investigators will provide a comprehensive Failure Analysis service, considering conditions, application and other factors to deliver an unbiased diagnostic report that can also help prevent future failures.
6. Drone Inspection
By utilising our CAA PfCO (Permission for Commercial Operations) Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAV or UAS), our clients reduce the cost, risk, and environmental impact of visual inspections on hard-to-reach areas such a wind turbines, oil + gas platforms, communication masts, building roofs, power lines and pylons.
7. Personal Safety Survey
Our IOSH-certified Inspectors will assess potential risks to personal safety in dangerous working environments, evaluate existing safety measures, e.g. emergency equipment, access points, gratings, handrails, ladders and backscratchers, and advise accordingly.
8. Technical Support / Coaching
In addition to providing 24/7/365 service-level support, our Inspectors can also provide technical support and coaching, and our Technical Authority can also provide written instructions to facilitate the planning of complex work-scopes.
