The range is ideal for all types of low temperature cooking, including sous vide, in line with the growing appreciation of the benefits of molecular gastronomy. The company is a family owed business, in its third generation, with 80 years experience in the design and manufacture of temperature control equipment. We employ over 40 people with a wealth of knowledge and experience, giving the Clifton Food Range® brand the credibility and enviable reputation it has today.
