Cligal

Cligal is an application designed to assist lawyers to perform administrative legal tasks such as: preparing legal documents for submission to courts or arbitrators, redacting sensitive or confidential information from documents, enabling a speedy execution of legal documents by the client or third parties, easily creating E-Binders following the closing of equity financing or M&As, and more. In addition Cligal includes PDF tools which enable the users to streamline their day to day tasks. These tools enable the editing of all relevant types of files, including by merging, splitting, sorting, compressing, rotating, adding watermarks, and more. Cligal is being used by more than 100 leading law firms in Israel, and has over 2,500 active users.
