Climate Action Lab Myanmar-CALM

Climate Action Lab Myanmar (CALM) is one of the first youth-led action-driven, research-oriented organizations that aims to empower science, technology, and climate innovation and advocate for climate movements in Myanmar. CALM’s philosophy is deeply rooted in solving climate and environmental issues with 3 C- Civic Science, Community Engagement and Cultural Diversity. Currently, CALM is providing accessible climate technology and resources through Green Schools: Green-STEM Curriculum to reach out to more young people and equip them with the skills and opportunity they need to tackle climate change and global challenges. This is to drive climate action through science and social innovation in lined with he United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) Agenda. In the near future, CALM envisions a goal to unite young, dynamic leaders, a collection of individuals and professionals who are interested in solving climate and environmental issues in Myanmar, South-East Asia (SEA) region and globally, to contribute to being a part of the solutions in every creative way they can.
