Climate Ambition Support Alliance

CASA works with negotiators from climate-vulnerable countries including Small Island Developing States and Least Developed Countries: - to engage in international climate negotiations - to enhance the rules-based international system - to increase ambitious action on climate change. On the ground at #COP27 in Sharm El-Sheikh, Egypt (November 2022), we've been interviewing and broadcasting key LDC and SIDS viewpoints on the climate change negotiations and UNFCCC process. Our vision is for a fairer, more inclusive negotiation process that enables the meaningful participation of these negotiators. This will support the ambition to keep global warming to 1.5 degrees Celsius and reduce climate risks for vulnerable people and systems.
