Climate Biodiversity Development (CBD) Consulting is a private, independent analysis and advisory organization that was founded in 2016 by Colin Young (Ph.D.) and Sharon Ramclam- Young (M.Sc.), both respected leaders with extensive experience in climate change, conservation, the environment and sustainable development. For the past 25 years, both Dr. Young and Sharon have been developing and implementing initiatives aimed at advancing conservation and climate adaptation solutions through various organizations in government, civil society and academia. Both principals have extensive executive leadership experience having served at the executive and board levels in various national and regional organizations while developing partnerships and implementing strategies that are fit for purpose and timely.
