Our mission is to make it easy and rewarding for anyone to get involved in the fight against climate change, bringing a critical mass of people together to stop the disruption of our ecosystems and societies by engaging with local, positive actions that make tangible impacts, create a sense of hope and accomplishment, and ultimately lead to the large-scale solutions that address the causes and effects of this global problem. How it works 1. We find the best non-profits in LA that reduce carbon, vet them carefully, and measure their climate and community impact. 2. Use Climate Cents to browse the projects and learn about the problems and solutions emerging in LA's local communities. 3. Donate your time or money, see the difference you're making personally, and share with friends on social media to maximize your impact.
