Our goal is to be the voice for communities most impacted by climate change, and to create a global coalition of funders, innovators, and policymakers committed to inclusive, renewable energy solutions that mitigate climate risks while fostering socio-economic progress. Actionable Steps: 1. Innovation Support: Foster innovation in renewable energy by providing technical assistance, funding, and mentorship to start-ups and local enterprises, focusing on scalable solutions for underserved communities. 2. Capacity Building: Train local communities, especially women and youth, in energy-related skills to foster self-sustaining livelihoods and increase resilience against climate shocks. 3. Grant Access and Fund Allocation: Establish a transparent system for distributing funds, ensuring equitable access for MSMEs, SMEs, and rural organizations. Track outcomes through monitoring frameworks to ensure maximum impact. 4. Policy Advocacy: Collaborate with government bodies to advocate for inclusive energy policies that prioritize the needs of remote and climate-vulnerable communities, ensuring a fair transition. 5. Global Partnerships: Build alliances with international institutions, like the African Development Bank and GCF, to leverage global expertise and funding opportunities, addressing both energy access and climate adaptation, Climate Risk Mitigation and Global Mobilization and Advocacy.
