As such, we team up with the world's best climate modelers (e.g. Moody's RMS) and others to build a deep understanding about the science that underpins climate risk, insurance underwriting and asset performance in a rapidly changing climate landscape. We deploy the same models that insurance companies use to to help humanity intelligently allocate resources for the long term -- e.g. the first Index & ETF of REITs weighted by climate robustness. At the same time, we aim to democratize access to the world's best climate models.
