We translate complex policy decisions and regulations into real world solutions - making change happen through better understanding the issues around low emission development and climate resilience. We identify climate impacts on the behavior of actors and stakeholders with a view to maximising benefits and minimising risks – developing pragmatic and cost-effective implementation strategies to support decision-making processes.
