The Climate Resource Centre (CRC) is a pioneering think tank responding to climate change and environmental sustainability in Nigeria and Africa. CRC focuses on designing actionable strategies based on climate impact data to enhance climate governance, leadership, and partnerships toward forming and scaling national and regional bodies of professionals, protocols, and policy guidelines for a coordinated and proactive response to mitigate the effects of climate change on health, food security, environment, and economies. CRC sets the framework for effective citizen participation and builds collaboration that empowers communities, policymakers, and stakeholders with the knowledge and tools necessary for responsible climate action. By driving citizen participation and promoting proactive decision-making, CRC seeks to advance sustainable environmental practices and strengthen climate governance, leadership, and administration. Our work is anchored on design-driven research, multilevel and multi-sectoral capacity building, and strategic policy analysis, emphasizing and addressing the critical health, economic, and humanitarian challenges climate change poses.
