CLIMB 4 TEA provides training, Education and Arts activities for vulnerable Children, Young People and their families. We aim to improve the aspirations of those living in North East Lincolnshire. By providing engaging, empowering activities to help achieve full potential. While doing so we hope to reduce isolation our beneficiaries feel by making them feel included, providing them with a safe environment to meet others in similar situations. Making them a part of the friendly, inspiring Climb 4 community. Where peers support others, become role models and possibly volunteers or staff. ACTIVITIES- ‘Create the Tiger’- Holiday Club, Online Peer Support, After School Clubs, Saturday Youth Club, PSHCE RESPECT -Interactive Assemblies, PSHCE RESPECT- learning programme - interaction lessons to explore healthy relationships, equality, self awareness, personal development, Effective communication, teamwork- PATCH- Parents Act together for Children’s Health- Parent wellbeing groups, parents training, volunteering, Parent and Baby groups and Parent and Toddler developmental groups STEPP UP- Personal Development / Employability program Volunteer and Training Programme- opportunities for Apprentices/ Trainees/ Volunteers/ Work Experience students
