Our name and inspiration comes from a quote attributed to Einstein:-“Everybody is a genius. But if you judge a fish by its ability to climb a tree it will live its whole life believing that it is stupid.”

Abraham Maslow defined this 60 years ago in his hierarchy of needs as self-actualization. That definition suited an era where 'rugged individualism' was fundamental on how we defined success.
