To establish a global economic system where corporate activities and profits operate within environmental and social thresholds, ensuring systemic sustainability, resilience, and equity.
Mission:
Expand corporate directors’ responsibilities beyond shareholder interests to include environmental and social considerations and integrate the 3 Laws of Business (see our website) into corporate governance and financial systems.
Method:
Leverage financial sector influence to tie access to capital to compliance with sustainability principles, advocate for legislative reform through grassroots mobilization and legal expertise, and foster collaboration across sectors to drive systemic alignment with environmental and social boundaries.
